We meditate together and have a virtual discussion in a compassionate and judgement-free zone. There is no visual component to Insight Timer, so you will not be seen by anyone (even me) & can remain anonymous.
Yoga for upper back, neck, and shoulders on Insight Timer
11:15am CST (45 minutes)
We'll use gentle movements and stretching to relax and bring awareness to the upper back, neck, and shoulders. I encourage you to have lots of props so you can ease into your practice comfortably.
SomaYoga for All on Insight Timer
730pm CST (60 minutes)
An exceptionally gentle practice consisting of small movements to release tension, and yoga poses adapted for any body in any place.
