Transformation Journey

If you’re reading this, chances are you have a habit you want to change—or build—but you haven’t found a way to do so. I want to help you change that. I’ve seen people make huge and lasting changes and I’ve seen people hit goals they didn’t think they could, but it wasn’t done without committing to a plan and creating new patterns.

  • Weekly virtual group visits with me and your comrades where we encourage one another on our journey. This adds another layer of accountability, provides opportunities to hear what works for others, and have the support of others to keep you motivated.

  • Weekly written feedback on your progress and personalized suggestions for your weekly goals.

  • Weekly journal prompts.

  • Unlimited access to articles, videos, guided meditations and more.

  • Discounted referrals to others in the wellness industry eager to help you in your journey.

  • Access to an online community of like-minded souls for support and encouragement.

Option 3

For those seeking a personalized program with communal and one-one-one support.

You’ll receive:

  • Weekly one-on-one 30-minute coaching sessions where I will provide feedback and individualized routines or activities based on your specific goals.
